The hotel was set in a remote area adjacent to Plymouth Being about 30 minutes from the hire car place and the train station, the train station, and the gardens. The local staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was sumptuous with fresh berries and salmon, as example and the restaurant food was outstanding.
